Case Report: Choledocholithiasis as Risk Factor for Klatskin Tumor: A Rare Cholangiocarcinoma

Background: Klatskin tumor is a rare liver cancer that involves the bile ducts. Its incidence begins to increase over time and usually only diagnosed in patients who are already at an advanced stage. The annual of klatskin tumors not more than 1:100,000. suspected based on signs biliary obstruction, ultrasonography showing stricture or mass, cholangiography with ERCP MRCP, abnormal function tests, elevated marker CA 19-9. Case Report: A 65-year-old man presented hospital complaints yellowing eyes body began one month ago, as well lump right upper abdomen had grown larger previous five months. Physical examination revealed yellow eyes, palpable quadrant patient's abdomen. patient defecates looked like putty urinates tea. diagnosis leaded because results MRCP showed mass hilar region extended proximal common duct, which described appearance tumor. There were increasing 19-9 level tests. Conclusion: Patient has been tumors, choledocholithiasis risk factor, supported by appropriate images
